Love is...................

Another 5th Sunday Service. This has now become a tradition that something different happens at  these service and food is usually involved. The service is always less formal and good opportunity to ask friends who are unfamiliar with church to join us and have fun.

Rev Rob started by asking us what is Love and we all wrote down our thoughts. Love means different things to everyone and we had two reading which illustrated what God says love is. Then Tessa asked one of the children to lie down  and she drew around them. They thenthe other children "dressed" the picture with clothes with key words on them.  God's love is all around us and he wants us to show our love for him by showing our love for others

After the service we all went over to the Village Hall for a bring and share BBQ. We were all anxious about the weather. Thunderstorms had been forecasted  but it kept dry and a great time was had by all. The children  enjoyed amusing themselves and some adults tried their hand at boules while the less energetic just chatted.
